I’m a French executive coach based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I support clients in both French and English, offering sessions either in person in Ho Chi Minh City, or remotely wherever they are in the world.

For over 15 years, I have been partnering with senior executives, high performers, entrepreneurs, and organizations to help them develop clarity, resilience, and leadership mastery.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent 25 years in international business, working across manufacturing, luxury textiles, and construction. During these years, I had the opportunity to recruit and manage teams, oversee key account clients, and expand a brand internationally across the European market. I had the pleasure of working with many professionals, gaining deep insights into what truly motivates people and the intrinsic challenges of leadership.
A pivotal moment in my career came when I co-founded a company dedicated to facilitating the international mobility of executives and their families. I supported individuals arriving from all over the world as they settled in France for several years.
I helped them adapt to a new professional and cultural environment, offering guidance on both their personal integration and their new responsibilities. Though I wasn’t yet a coach, these conversations gave me profound insight into the human side of leadership transitions, what it truly means to step into a new role and a new country.
Moving to Vietnam in 2009 gave me the opportunity to fully dedicate myself to what I had clearly identified as my true passion: human development. I transitioned from consulting to coaching, deepening my expertise through rigorous training. Today, I am an ICF-certified PCC coach, an accredited Process Communication Model® (PCM) trainer, and a trusted partner for executives and organizations worldwide.
